Other projects can be larger or more involved that might require onsite visits and scopes, full overviews of other vendor-related quotes you’re trying to decide on or sometimes issues with an existing or new vendor that just doesn’t have a good handle on your network and how you operate.
For complex requests, we will provide you with our plan of action for the next step. Typically, we will communicate this in a support ticket and will need your approval before we take any action. Lastly, these out-of-the-box issues may take longer than normal to resolve, as we cannot give them the same priority as our fully managed clients and dedicated solutions.
