Adam received his Bachelors from MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering Technology which led him to designing and expanding CyberLynk’s Broadband Wireless network in early 2001. Adam was one of the lead developers on CyberLynk’s FTP Hosting service offering which is now FTPhosting.com. Through the years Adam has moved up through the company in various roles including Network Engineer and Vice President. He has also negotiated and integrated over 28 hosting related acquisitions, including the acquisition of Datacomm Plus in 2020. Today, Adam’s passions include overseeing the management of CyberLynk’s Phoenix and Milwaukee Datacenters, developing new service offerings and managing reseller/partner relationships.

Prior to joining CyberLynk in 2016, Nate spent nearly a decade working in IT for a nonprofit senior services provider. After converting that organization’s remote offices to FreePBX, he learned about an opportunity with CyberLynk’s FreePBXHosting.com brand and decided to make VoIP his focus. Nate spent his first few years with CyberLynk building a comprehensive support and professional services infrastructure for its hosted FreePBX customers. More recently, he has been focusing on further development of CyberLynk’s managed services and support framework for CyberLynk resellers.

With a bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout in Hospitality Management and a career in Real-estate – Customer Care was always a top priority and first-class service was a must. Giving more then she takes in life is her motto. She has carried this Mindset and work ethic thru to DataComm since being part of the team since 2007. During this time, she has worked within all departments. Coming from the days of when phone system servers where still onsite with analog lines and digital phones now to today where we host them in our Fully Managed Datacenters. When DataComm was acquired by Cyberlynk in 2020 she was an integral part of the merger. Now with the power of Cyberlynks technical expertise behind DataComm Plus she can focus on her passion of educating her team and business partners on how having the proper Network Infrastructure is key to allowing clients to run all their business applications smoothly. She is continuously working on putting together educational events, sharing industry information and being active in the local community. Today she manages her team, is the liaison between Support and Sales and focuses on establishing new business/client relationships. It is important to her that our clients can rely on us as an extension of their team.

Amber received a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism at UW-Milwaukee and first started her career in print journalism. The interesting step into the world of phone systems and IT back in 2015 was an excellent transition in terms of her abilities to explain and boil down complex ideas while communicating and educating others on sometimes hard-to-understand topics, similar to writing for the newspaper. She simply applies those same skills to phone systems and IT networking for businesses and nonprofits in Southeastern Wisconsin.

The years Amber has been working at DataComm she has assisted local businesses, both large and small, by truly trying to understand the organizations needs while helping to plan for the future without limiting them for potential growth. Amber is part of the scope team and is in constant working efforts with onsite technicians and network engineers to gather all of the details for an organization and come up with the approaches that are not band-aids, but long-impacting solutions that will lead to a fruitful partnership with DataComm for years to come.

She is part of local nonprofit organizations including the Waukesha County Business Alliance as an Ambassador and the United Performing Arts Fund. She lives with her husband in Bay View and always enjoys checking out the best new restaurants in town!
